Replacement and Return Policy

For your safety and the quality of our natural products, we apologize for accepting any return or exchange request after opening or using the product.

We accept return or exchange requests only if the product arrives damaged or different from the order, provided you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, and attach photos showing the condition.

The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused, with an invoice or proof of purchase.

In case of error or damage, all shipping charges will be borne by Grieve. In other cases, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

   Important alert: All of our products are natural, and their ingredients are clearly stated in the description of each product. Customers who are allergic to any ingredient are advised to check the suitability of the product before purchasing.

Geryaf is not responsible for any allergic reactions or any damage caused by improper use or misuse by the customer. We are also not responsible for any expectations or results that are not explicitly stated in the product description on the website page.
